Kids Yoga & Mindfulness at Factory International

Enjoy a magical hour of yoga and mindfulness for the little ones!

Children will learn to stretch, move and express their bodies with confidence. This is a calm, playful journey open to all led by Jessica Wilkinson from The Sea Within.

This session is designed for children to participate in yoga and mindfulness activities. Accompanying adults are welcome to observe the session, however the movements are designed for children aged six and above. Please only book tickets for children participating in the session.

The Welcome: Community Takeover is a series of free events at Aviva Studios featuring creative workshops, talks, kids’ activities and the best local music.
