Woodland Retreat Day

Join us for a fun and relaxing woodland retreat day for young people, ages 13-18.

Set within a beautiful ancient woodland in Macclesfield, young people will experience nature in a magical setting, with plenty of moments of calm and creativity along the way.

We will be following a nature related theme for the day and taking part in yoga, a forest bathing walk, mindfulness and a creative activity...as well as pizza making in the outdoor clay oven and wild swimming in the lake for those who are feeling brave!

The purpose of the day is to encourage young people to connect with the natural world, by taking notice through mindfulness and creativity. It's a great chance for the group to relax and find some peace.

The cost is £55 including art materials, pizza making, refreshments etc.
