Wild at Heart - Creative Wellbeing Morning

Join us for a magical morning, exploring the wild and beautiful land at Sunarts Fields in Whaley Bridge!

Children will learn about the inspiring Rewilding project that Rachel and Geoff the land owners are working on. Also, the importance of protecting the natural world and how spending time in nature can help us to feel great and inspire us too!

We will be heading out for a 'mindful walk', noticing nature and connecting with the land...including the Fairy Woods, interesting animals and beautiful views to far away places! This will be followed by a creative activity and a fun and nature inspired yoga class! We will finish with a picnic under the trees.

Children will be led by Jess, an experienced Children's Creative Mindfulness Practitioner and previous secondary school art teacher.
