Come and join The Sea Within for a brand new Tween Yoga workshop!
The workshop will offer 8-11 year olds the chance to gain confidence and self-awareness, through gentle yoga postures and creative story telling.
This age group is an important bridge between childhood and adulthood and yoga can help children to step back from the every day and understand their bodies and emotions better.
Story based yoga journeys and creative activities related to real life, with a focus on building childrens confidence, calm and resilience.
