Teen's Woodland Retreat Day

Join Jess for a fun and relaxing creative woodland retreat!

Set within the beautiful Highlees Woods in Macclesfield, the group will experience nature in a magical setting, with plenty of moments of calm and creativity along the way.

The aim of the day is to help us to feel more calm, grounded, creative and confident. Spending time connecting with nature, each other and emotions.

We will be following a nature related theme for the day and taking part in yoga, a nature trail, mindfulness and art...as well as pizza making and treats a plenty!

The cost is £45 including art materials, pizza making, refreshments etc.

10-3pm 

Suitable for 13 - 17 year olds
