Teens Creative Woodland Retreat Day

Join us for a fun and relaxing woodland retreat day for young people, ages 13-17.

Set within the beautiful High Lees Woods in Macclesfield, young people will experience nature in a magical setting, with plenty of moments of calm and creativity along the way.

We will be following a nature related theme for the day and taking part in yoga, nature walks, mindfulness, art and journaling...as well as pizza making and lots of fun :)

It will be a really great day and a light relief for everyone, after an unusual start to the school year. Also a chance for everyone to take stock, reflect, relax and make positive intentions for the next term ahead.

I will be working with the lovely Sophie who is freelance artist, writer and cook and has experience teaching both in schools and on similar workshops.

The cost is £45 including art materials, pizza making, refreshments etc.
