About The Event
This creative mindfulness class is a great way for young people to learn how to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives to find their inner calm and embrace their true selves!
Mindfulness is all about paying attention to the present moment and living in the here and now. It is easy to ponder on negative thoughts throughout the day. Learn to let these negative thoughts simply float away and focus on the positives in a situation.
During the classes you will explore meditation, yoga movement, creative activities, nature connection and connection with others. Classes are taught with a heart led approach, in a safe space with a kind and supportive group of young people.
