About The Event
Join me for some special time one to one time, to positively support your own happiness and well-being.
Would you benefit from some time for yourself to be mindful and calm?
In these sessions you will learn techniques to help you to feel more calm and grounded, to slow down and feel more connected to your heart.
Your session may include:
- Mindful art
- Forest Bathing Walks
- Nature connection activities
- Guided meditations
- Space to share & reflect on feelings
Each session will follow a different theme, guided and intuitively led by your interests and needs. These can be held either online or in person, depending on availability.
This can be a very special & important time for you to pause and re-connect with your feelings, offering you a break from the busyness of life. Guiding you to feel ready to take on whatever life throws at you!
This time can be tailored to your needs and preferences, so please get in touch to discuss what would work best for you.
I have 11 years experience working with children and young people and am a qualified art teacher and well-being practitioner. I am trained in childrens meditation, yoga & mindfulness and Forest Bathing for all ages.
We can decide on a suitable location either outdoors in local woodlands/green space or indoors if weather requires.
£60 for 1 hour & £90 for 2.5 hours
