Private Family Session

Join me for some special time together to positively support your familys happiness and well-being.

Would your family benefit from a fun and creative session in nature, to feel calmer and more connected?

In these sessions you will be guided gentlyand given space & time together away from screens, expectactions and busy schedules. You will learn mindfulness techniques to take away and use as part of your daily lives and you will leave feeling happy, refreshed and calm!

- Mindful art

- Nature walk

- Nature connection activities

- Yoga

- Guided meditations

- Space to share & reflect on feelings

Each session will follow a different theme, guided and intuitively led by your familys interests and needs. 

This can be a very special & important time for your family to pause and re-connect with feelings and nature, gaining wisdom and inspiration from the natural world.

I have 11 years experience working with children and young people and am a qualified art teacher and well-being practitioner. I am trained in childrens meditation, yoga & mindfulness and Forest Bathing for all ages.

Studies show that spending time connecting with nature can positively improve your overall health & well-being - improving mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.

£120 for a 2 hour session

£200 for a 3.5 hour outdoor experience

Suitable for families with children & young adults ages 6+

Meeting locations can be decided upon booking. Ideally we will meet outdoors in a local woodland/green space, but I have indoor options available if you would prefer.
