About the event
Join me for a peaceful & insightful Forest Bathing walk at Macclesfield Forest.
Prepare for the new year by taking some peaceful time for yourself. Connect with nature and ground your senses, gently reflect on the year ahead and come home to your heart.
During the session you will be guided mindfully through the forest, noticing all of your senses and taking part in nature connection activities along the way. Each activity is an invitation to explore your surroundings curiously and to rest and connect with the forest, feeling fully in the present moment.
