About the event
Come and join Jess from The Sea Within for a calming mindfulness club!
Children will take part in different mindful activities, breathing exercises, nature connection activities or mindful artwork from their hearts.
A great chance for children to slow down at the end of the day, relax and check in with their emotions as well as connect to nature. They will learn how to find calm in their bodies and minds, share how they feel and learn new skills.
