Come and join us for a brand new art and mindfulness course for young people!
Life can have it's ups and downs and that is what makes it so beautiful. But, how do we cope when we are experiencing feeling down or anxious?...
Making art and exploring our creative side can really help improve our mood, confidence, creativity and overall feelings of calm.
Mindfulness can also help you to cope better with every day emotions, both big and small...the combination of art AND mindfulness can help you to see the world through new eyes and to see yourself in a kind and positive light!

This is a partnership between The Owl and The Coconut and The Sea Within.
Parents are welcome to drop children off for the session and collect at the end.
