Looking for fun and creative holiday activities, for your little ones this half term?

Come and join The Sea Within, for a creative Kids Yoga and art holiday club!

Yoga is a magical experience for children. It teaches them how to express themselves, use their imaginations and to learn how to relax....

Children will be guided through animal/object themed yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness techniques using creative storytelling and movement.

Following yoga movement and relaxation, children will have the chance to express their artistic side creating lovely animal themed artworks relating to the theme.

Children will be taught using a heart led approach and will leave the club more balanced, calm and self-assured.

The club is suitable for ages 3-7 but younger welcome if accompanied by a parent or carer
