About the event
Come and join Jess for a fun and relaxing mindful walk among the beautiful flowers and trees at Hare Hill in Macclesfield.
You will be guided to slow down, open your senses and playfully explore this special place. Noticing the wonder of the natural world, while taking some time out as a family to connect with each other and find precious calm moments together.
The walk will invite you to take part in mindful moments, collect nature treasures, play games and make nature art together. There are lots of opportunities to share experiences and bond as a family.
Connecting to nature in a mindful way has many benefits for our overall health and well-being. Benefits for children include; emotional regulation, better immune systems, creative thinking, grounding and confidence building...to name a few!
Jess is a certified Children's Mindfulness teacher and Forest Bathing Guide, with 10 years experience working with young people in a creative way.

10:30 - 12pm
