About the event
Come and join The Sea Within on Sunday 16th for a FREE kids yoga class out in nature!
Yoga is a magical experience for children. It teaches them how to express themselves, use their imaginations and to learn how to relax!
Children will be guided through animal/object themed yoga postures, breathing and mindfulness techniques using creative storytelling and movement.
Suitable for ages 4 - 8
Mats and props provided just bring yourselves and your little ones and in their brightest, rainbow coloured yoga outfits!
Some photos will be taken for promotional purposes, but let us know if you would rather not be in these.
