Forest Bathing Walk - Your Heart is a Forest

Join me for a peaceful, heart centred Forest Bathing walk at Macclesfield Forest.

You will be guided mindfully through the forest, noticing all of your senses and taking part in nature connection activities along the way. Each activity is an invitation to explore your surroundings curiously and to rest and connect with the forest, feeling fully in the present moment.

Forest Bathing is an ancient wellness practice originating in Japan in the 1980's. The Japanese use the name 'Shinrin - Yoku', which literally means to bathe among the trees...no swimming costumes are needed though!

This walk is focused on re-connecting with your heart and your inner wisdom. Often our lives can feel busy and full, our attention & energy may become scattered in many directions.
