Feel Good Kids Art Club at The Whitworth Gallery

What do kids need right now to feel good??  

Spending time in nature, being creative and learning to be calm, can really help kids move through life more easily...especially during these difficult times.   

Connecting with nature is so important when the world feels strange, it grounds and calms children...encouraging them to be reflective and creative, realising who they are in this world.  

This monthly class is carefully curated to provide children with the chance to stop, notice, explore and connect with nature through art and mindfulness. Opening their hearts and helping them to feel good!
