Children's Woodland Retreat Day

Join Jess for a fun and relaxing day in nature for the little ones!

Set within the beautiful private woodland in Macclesfield, children will experience nature in a magical setting, with plenty of moments of calm and creativity along the way.

The aim of the day is to help children to feel more calm, grounded, creative and confident. Spending time connecting with nature, each other and their feelings - in turn boosting their mental health and well-being in a positive way.

We will be following a nature related theme for the day and taking part in yoga, a nature trail, mindfulness and art...as well as pizza making and lots of fun!

The cost is £45 including art materials, pizza making, refreshments etc.

10-3.30pm
