Children's Creative Woodland Retreat Day

Join Jess and Sophie, for a fun and relaxing creative woodland retreat!

Set within the beautiful Highlees Woods in Macclesfield, children will experience nature in a magical setting, with plenty of moments of calm and creativity along the way.

The aim of the day is to help children to feel more calm, grounded, creative and confident. Spending time connecting with nature, each other and their feelings - in turn boosting their mental health and well-being in a positive way.

We will be following a nature related theme for the day and taking part in yoga, a nature trail, mindfulness and art...as well as pizza making, marshmallows round the fire and lots of fun!

Jess is an experienced art, yoga and mindfulness teacher, her business The Sea Within is based in Macclesfield.

Sophie is a talented freelance artist, writer and cook, also based in Macclesfield and at Highlees.

The cost is £45 including art materials, pizza making, refreshments etc.

10-3pm
