This calm and creative class is a place for children to relax and regulate their emotions after a busy day.

With a focus on nature connection and mindful art techniques, children will learn to find their own little place of peace to be re-visited again and again!

The class includes:

• A feelings check in and chance to share about the day/week

• A guided meditation

• Mindful art exercises following a new theme each week
